According to statistics, about half of you reading this are divorced with either teen age, or adult children. I am a member of the latter group, my two daughters grew up and still live in Israel. I also lived there for some three years, learned Hebrew and speak it adequately. Hungarian is my native language so if by chance you do speak it, that would be a big plus.

I recently returned to selling real estate in the Valley (I'm an agent at the Woodland Hills office of Rodeo Realty. Sadly, our Palisades office burned to the ground during those horrible fires. Thousands of homeless are seeking homes to lease.

I am 100% Jewish (both parents were) and do light Shabbat candles. However I am more spiritual, although I say the Bracha over bread and wine. Haven't been to a synagogue in ages, that's not "my thing".

Entertainment-wise I enjoy RomComs (Romantic Comedies), some action, or psychological thrillers...I listen 🎶 mostly to smooth jazz of Dr. Sax Love, also love Sade, Basa, Pink, Lady Gaga to mention but a few.

I like smaller, more intimate bars for drinks or a bite, rather than a large, loud place. Look, back in the day I used to go clubbing on the Sunset Strip! Today I can feel comfortable going to a park, take a ride to the Santa Monica Peer, or go for a walk somewhere...even to the Westfield Mall Topanga.😁
