You should be comfortable with yourself, at ease in different and new situations, have a good sense of humor, an adventurous spirit, enjoy traveling, the outdoors, and like to have fun. Or at least a subset of those. I admire those who are hardworking, ambitious and enjoy what they do, but you should also value and make time to enjoy life. I like people with a positive outlook, who are supportive, and can both give and receive fostering and environment where we learn from eachother.
